Nondiscrimination Notice

In accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), it is our policy not to exclude, or deny benefits, participation, or receipt of services, or otherwise discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. This policy applies to all personnel who interact with patients, vendors, guests, and visitors at all TRA Medical Imaging owned or operated facilities.

To ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided equivalent service, including scheduling appointments during all hours of operation, reasonable accommodations and modifications will be made when necessary to provide medical services to individuals with disabilities, unless such modifications would fundamentally alter the nature of medical services.

Procedures have been established to ensure the prompt and equitable provision of medical services, and procedures to ensure prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by the ADA, and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. § 18116) and its implementing regulations at 45 C.F.R. pt. 92, issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

Any person who believes someone has been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability may file a complaint under this procedure.  You can file a grievance with our Quality and Compliance Office in person or by mail, phone or email.  If you need help filing a grievance, the Quality and Compliance Office is available to help you:
